Single-sided illustrated sheet explains how to operate the mechanical Pac-Man coin bank, including placing coins in Pac-Man’s hand, lowering the arm to toss them into his mouth, and removing them through the bottom plug. Features original Tomy diagrams and Bally/Midway licensing. Approx. 7 x 9.75. Printed in Japan. Very good clean vintage condition with sharp edges and corners. Remnants of one vertical and one horizontal fold. Small finger bend at upper-right and another at bottom center. Blank reverse has one light fingerprint smudge not visible from front.
